At I.G.O.G. Skin Care we care deeply about your skin and your experience with our products! We want you to fall in love with our ingredients and benefit from our holistic philosophy. I.G.O.G. stands for Inner Glow + Outer Glow. We believe that great skin comes from a holistic approach that optimizes your skin's surface while nurturing your mental, emotional and physical well-being. We strive to make your experience with I.G.O.G. as fabulous as you are!

By placing an order on igogskincare.com, you agree to the terms of service and policies listed on this FAQ page as well as the refund, privacy, and TOS statements available at checkout.These statements appear in the footer of your checkout page.

Stock Availability

We utilize natural ingredients that have specific growing seasons and variable availability. To ensure freshness of I.G.O.G. products, we mix our products in small batches instead of having stock sitting in a warehouse. For these reasons, we occasionally experience short periods of ingredient unavailability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will charge and ship the back ordered product to you, free of shipping charges, once it becomes available. The rest of your order will be processed immediately and the out of stock item's price will count towards you meeting the minimum for free shipping .

Tracking your order online

Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference.
You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking system.

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders

IGOG Skin Care will attempt to process and ship your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please call (816) 524-1989 or email igog@innerglowouterglow.com as soon as possible, quoting your I.G.O.G. Skin Care products order number and the information listed below*.  If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled because it is already on a plane, train or automobile and on its way to you!

International Orders

At this time I regret that we do not automatically offer sales to international addresses. We are working diligently to change this fact, making I.G.O.G. available worldwide. Each country has its own unique rules and regulations for the importation of skin care products. If you wish to place an order with I.G.O.G., we will be happy to research the options for your particular location. Contact igog@innerglowouterglow.com and include in your email your name, home address, phone number and the products you would wish to order. Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY

 Purchases at Retail Outlets

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of product unless they were purchased through igogskincare.com. 

I.G.O.G. Skin Care Products will fully refund or replace any goods purchased through igogskincare.com if they are faulty, damaged, or not as ordered. If you are unhappy with your products, please contact us within 30 days at igog@innerglowouterglow.com to explore resolution options . You will need to supply us with the following information*:

  • Your full name
  • A contact phone number and best time to reach you
  • Your email address
  • Your mailing address (for exchanges)
  • Your order date and product order number
  • The name of product you would like to return (No.1, No. 4 etc)
  • An explanation of why you would like to make a return or an exchange

Refunds will be processed in the same form that was originally used to pay for your order. Depending on the circumstances of your dissatisfaction, I.G.O.G. may require you to return your products before a refund will be offered.  Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will be equal to the price that you paid for the goods after application of coupons, or discounts, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees. 

Depending on the circumstances of the return, you may be required to cover the cost of freight for exchanged products or returns, unless you receive an incorrect or defective order.

Review of Terms

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of I.G.O.G. Skin Care Products. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused. In a perfect world this policy would not be necessary.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice.  Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of your transaction.
